These Terms, Policies and all use of the Otuesday platform shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Sates of America unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of The United States of America.
