Customers agree to contact Otuesday and attempt to resolve any billing or booking concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Submitting a chargeback for services that have been properly provided, utilized or confirmed may result in account suspension and further review.

Otuesday reserves the right to submit supporting documentation to payment processors and financial institutions in response to chargeback claims.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent account restrictions.
